The cleaning process includes:
• Fabric Identification – Determining the type and composition of the fabric to ensure safe and compatible cleaning methods.
• Dry Soil Removal – Thorough vacuuming to remove dust, hair, and loose debris.
• Pre-Spray Application – Applying a professional-grade pre-spray solution to break down soils and loosen embedded dirt.
• Water Extraction with Cleaning Agents – Using controlled water temperature and fabric-safe cleaning chemistry to extract soil and residues.
• Spot Treatment – Targeted treatment of stains using appropriate, fabric-safe stain removal solutions.
• Final Acidic Rinse – Applying an acidic rinse to neutralize any remaining cleaning agents, balance the pH, and help soften the fabric.

All work is performed with due care, following industry best practices to protect the fabric and ensure optimal cleaning results.

Some stains, odors, and discolorations may be permanent due to age, previous cleaning attempts, type of fabric, or depth of contamination. We cannot guarantee full removal in such cases.

Our service guarantee is strictly limited to one free re-treatment of the affected area if the issue is reported within the 3-day reporting period. No monetary refunds or additional compensation will be provided, unless clear and visible physical damage (such as cuts, tears, or burns) was directly caused by our technician during the cleaning process.

We cannot guarantee the condition of electrical components, as their installation, maintenance, and prior use are outside of our control.

5. Free Correction Service
